TAKE THAT - This Live on Tour Jakarta

After 29 long years, British pop titans Take That will be making a much-anticipated return to Jakarta. Last performing on Indonesian shores in 1995 during their Nobody Else Tour, fans up and down the country will no doubt be celebrating the impending arrival of the trio – now comprising Gary Barlow, Mark Owen, and Howard Donald – as they gear up to perform at Tennis Indoor Senayan on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, brought to you by LIVEWIRED.

Renowned for their colossal production and exhilarating live shows, Take That will play Jakarta as part of their This Life On Tour, which began in April of this year in the UK and encompasses more than 40 dates worldwide.

The tour supports Take That’s ninth studio album, “This Life”. Released last year on November 24, 2023, “This Life” – recorded mainly in Nashville and New York – featured the hit single “Windows” and shot up to number 1 on the official charts in the UK. It was the biggest-selling album from a UK artist in 2023. It signalled another successful evolution for the band, who started their journey in 1989 and has garnered eight chart-topping albums, 12 Number 1 singles in the UK, eight BRIT Awards, and six Ivor Novellos, among others.

“This Life” reveals a sound that portrays Take That at their most confident musically, brimming with energy, creativity, and a continued desire to challenge and surprise. Showcasing their exceptional musicality, the album focuses on their vocals, beautiful melodies, soaring choruses, and sophisticated harmonies, seamlessly blending the trio’s voices.

With a back catalogue packed with megahits such as “Want You Back,” “Back For Good”, “How Deep is Your Love?”, “Greatest Day” and “Never Forget”, Take That always has a special place in the hearts of many around the globe, including in Indonesia, where their ardent followers have bided their time waiting to welcome back their superstar idols.

And now, their wish will soon come true, as Gary, Mark, and Howardwill grace the stage at Tennis Indoor Senayan on November 13, 2024.
